By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
ApiTrinity is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, manage, and publish API documentation. The Service includes a visual block editor, OpenAPI specification import, static site generation, hosting, and related features as described on our website.

ApiTrinity and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service (including API specifications, documentation text, and media). By using the Service, you grant ApiTrinity a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. For Free, Starter, and Pro plans, availability is provided on a best-effort basis. Enterprise plan customers receive a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) as detailed in their enterprise agreement.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice when necessary to protect the Service or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
